Our attitude to your personal data

Filkab respects the protection of personal data and collects and processes personal data only in compliance with the requirements of local and European legislation. The purpose of this "Privacy Policy" is to inform you how we handle and protect your data and what personal data we collect, for what purpose, term and resp. what are your rights.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place commercially suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

 

Personal data

We may collect personal information about you when you use our Site or select / purchase our products or services. In most cases, we require your personal data for the purpose of concluding a contract, to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our legitimate interest. Of course, for some of our services, you provide us with this information by choosing and agreeing to send us information about yourself. Without this data, we would not be able to provide the relevant services. If you do not provide us with credentials, we may not be able to enter into a product or service agreement with you. Depending on the services you use, we may collect and process the following information about you:

 

General data to individualize you

·         When registering on our site - username, password;

·         Letters and e-mails we receive from you in our communication;

·         Video recordings when you visit our commercial and administrative sites for the purpose of protection and security.

 

How We Use Your Personal Data.

We process the personal data we collect most often for the following purposes and legal grounds:

 

Processing of the data necessary for concluding or executing a contract

·         Establishing the identity of the client through all trade channels;

·         Preparation of offers, contracts and all other accompanying documents. Management and execution of your orders;

·         Execution of design, delivery, installation, etc .;

·         Preparation of accounting documents such as invoice for purchased goods and services used, such as deliveries and installation;

·         Providing comprehensive service through our call center or electronically. Providing warranty service;

Processing of the data necessary for the fulfillment of our normative obligation

·         obligations provided for in the Accounting Act and the Tax and Social Security Procedure Code and other related normative acts, in connection with the maintenance of proper and lawful accounting;

·         fulfillment of obligations in connection with the distance sales, the sale outside the commercial site, provided for in the Consumer Protection Act;

·         providing information to the court and law enforcement authorities.

Data processing based on our legitimate interest

·         video surveillance in our commercial and administrative sites;

 

Sharing your information:

Filkab uses third parties to support certain contractual activities or in the performance of a legal obligation. We do not provide your personal data to third parties until we are sure that all technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect this data, and we strive to exercise strict control to achieve this goal.

Some of the recipients of personal data may be:

·         Companies or specialists performing delivery, installation, design, etc., courier companies, external consultants and specialists, collection companies and law firms, banks, security companies, sales agents, etc.

The provision of personal data in some cases is mandatory in order to comply with our legal requirements, such as:

·         Regulatory bodies, incl. state commissions, institutions and agencies, NRA, NSSI, courts, prosecutor's office, and others, to which we are obliged to provide personal data under current legislation;

 

Automated algorithms. We do not use automated decision making tools.

Security

Filkab takes steps to protect your personal data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. There are policies and procedures in place to protect information from loss, misuse and improper disclosure. We take additional information security measures, including access control, strict physical protection and reliable practices for collecting, storing and processing information.

 

On the other hand, we apply technical measures such as encryption, pseudonymization and anonymization of the collected personal data.

 

When do we delete your personal data?

We store all the information we have collected about you and destroy it within the statutory deadlines, and if there are none, within the deadlines set by us and after the final settlement of all our financial relations. We do not keep your data indefinitely.

 

Some of the deadlines are:

·         5 years from the performance of the contract - under the statute of limitations for filing claims specified in the Law on Obligations and Contracts;

·         10 years under the Accounting Act for storage and processing of accounting data;

·         30 days from the video surveillance recording;

 

Transfer between countries

Filkab does not transfer your data outside the EU.

 

Access, adjustments and withdrawals

You may at any time request Filkab to provide you with information about personal data collected and stored about you. You may also request Filkab to correct, delete or update such personal data. Filkab also ensures your right to object and restrict the processing of personal data, as well as your rights in automated decision-making.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data with Filkab. However, the withdrawal will not affect the lawfully processed data until the withdrawal.

Some of your rights, such as deleting data or objecting to the processing, may be restricted by applicable law.

Requests for access to information or for correction are submitted in person or by a person expressly authorized by you, through an explicit written power of attorney. An application may also be submitted electronically, in accordance with the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act.

We would like to inform you that under the current legislation you have the right to complain about the way your data is processed to the supervisory body of Commission for Personal Data Protection, Sofia 1592, Blvd. Tsvetan Lazarov No 2 or www.cpdp.bg.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may periodically change this Privacy policy. Such changes will take effect immediately after their announcement.
